So far, six pulsars have been detected with EGRET, forming the second most numerous class of objects in high-energy gamma-rays. Their emissions have been explained either by the outer-gap or by the slot-gap models. Solving both these models from the first principles (using the same numerical code) with slightly different boundary conditions (and an additional assumption on the real charge distribution for the slot-gap model), I will compare their predictions, such as detection probabilities, pulse profiles, and phase-resolved spectra. In particular, for the outer-gap model, we can predict these quantities by specifying the spin period, period derivative, and stellar surface temperature of individual pulsars, without introducing any artificial assumptions. Using this scheme, I will give predictions of some potential pulsars to be detected with GLAST.
