I review current status of force-free pulsar magnetosphere models. I consider in detail properties of force-free magnetosphere of an aligned pulsar and their implications for self-consistent models of real pulsars. I show that configuration of a pulsar magnetosphere may be very different from the "canonical" Goldreich-Julian model. I address problems with the current polar cap models which are incompatible with the force-free magnetosphere.
