The PS1 survey has covered more than 30,000 square degrees at
least once, and thousands of square degrees in multiple colors and
at multiple epochs. For those fields with enough observations,
the search for stars with large proper motion or parallax
can begin. For those fields with minimal coverage, the
PS1 positions can be compared with prior surveys (SDSS,
USNO-B, 2MASS, etc.) to measure proper motions. This
discussion will present an overview of the tools being developed
for this search (there are already 4e8 PS1 objects that
appear in other catalogs) and algorithms for assessing
significance (there are already 1.2e9 PS1 objects that do
not appear in other catalogs) of uncorrelated PS1 detections.
