The problem of the motion of an ideal fluid body in the gravitational field of n fixed centers is formulated in the first approximation. The existence of the relative equilibrium of a homogeneous ellipsoid in the gravitational field is proved in the case when the center of mass of the body moves on a circular orbit. For this solution, the attracting centers are situated on an axis passing through the center of the circular orbit normal to its plane.
