The RATAN-600 radio telescope at 2.7 arcmin x 2 deg angular resolution was used to observe the 21-cm H I line in Cen A (NGC 5128) in absorption and emission. Two new H I features were detected in absorption and four in emission. The absorbing clouds at radial velocities of +545 and +562 km/sec are less than 2.5 arcmin across and are probably located within the dust lane across the galaxy. The absorbing cloud at +525 km/sec is much larger (11 arcmin in diameter) and lies in front of the two internal radio sources. Together with the clouds observed in emission, this absorbing cloud appears to form an H I envelope with a mass of 1-billion solar masses. This envelope has a mean radial velocity of +570 km/sec and is centered between the northeast internal continuum component and the central source.
