An analysis of the line spectrum of the binary star V367 Cygni has been carried out from diffraction spectrograms. Physical parameters of the star's shell have been determined by the curve-of-growth method, the results obtained have been compared with those of other authors. The authors have obtained a general agreement of the results, increased values of electron pressure apparently in the gaseous flux, and chemical composition slightly different (for titanium) from that of the sun.
