The BVRI light curve parameters of 104 Cepheids are determined by Fourier analysis from over 4000 photoelectric observations. The authors present a catalog of the light and color curve parameters and of the Fourier coefficients for the V light curve. The results are in good agreement with earlier catalogs except for (B-V) quantities. Possible photometric problems with the (B-V) colors of Cepheids are discussed.
