A Lorentz-invariant gravitational theory and a Lorentz-invariant Hamiltonian for a particle in the gravitational field are developed, and the relevant equations of motion are studied. The theory is applied to three well-known tests and is in full agreement with experimental results. In particular, for light grazing the sun, the theory gives a deflection of 2.19 seconds (experimentally expected, approximately 2.2 seconds) in contrast to the general theory of relativity which gives 1.75 seconds.
