A simple model including shock acceleration, energy loss, and
propagation loss is employed to calculate the energy spectra of cosmic
ray protons, alpha particles, and electrons between 1 MeV/nuc and 100
GeV/nuc. On the basis of these theoretical results, the energy density
and pressure density of the cosmic ray particles are also computed.
