The neutrino and antineutrino energy production spectra in a relativistic plasma were determined. The considered plasma temperature range was 10 to the 11th to 10 to the 13th K. Spherical accretion of matter onto massive objects (Schwarzschild black holes) was considered. This is one of the processes responsible for the heating of a proton plasma up to ultrarelativistic temperatures. The expected neutrino and antineutrino energy spectra were derived from such a model. The luminosity and emissivity of a typical black hole of 10 solar masses and with mass accretion rate of 10 to the -8th solar masses/y are presented. Taking into account the correlation between gamma and neutrino production processes, the neutrino fluxes from the center of the Galaxy and from 3C 273 are predicted.
