Calculations have been made of mean line profiles of Si IV, O II, He I, and H for OB supergiants which fill their Roche lobes in a binary system. Account is taken of surface brightness and line-profile variation with surface gravity, radius and temperature, limb darkening, rotation, and some outside heating effects. Radial-velocity distortions and line-strength variations are presented and generalized for the effective-temperature range from 25,000 to 40,000 K. The results are discussed in connection with the five known OB supergiant X-ray binaries.
