A particular four-body problem is presented: three bodies revolve around their center of mass in circular orbits under the influence of their mutual gravitational attraction, while a fourth body moves in the plane defined by the three bodies, but not influencing their motion. The linear stability of the eight equilibrium points is studied, and it found that it depends on the values of the masses.
