Low dispersion spectra of NGC 6905 and NGC 5189 are reproduced. These are nebulae with 'O VI sequence' nuclei. Line features are identified and classified according to site in the nucleus or the nebula; their flux densities are measured above continuum and presented before and after correction for interstellar extinction. The behavior of the line spectra, including line width, is summarized. The extinction parameter is further discussed in connection with establishing the characteristics of the continua. It is concluded that the continua are all dominantly stellar in the ultraviolet, with blackbody t=60,000 K in NGC 6905 and NGC 5189, but significantly hotter in Vy 1-1, and probably cooler in Hb 12. The latter two stellar planetary nebulae do not reveal definite line features.
