The radial-velocity field of some filaments of the SNR G65.2 plus 5.7 has been obtained by means of Fabry-Perot interferometry. It is found that these specific filaments are expanding with a velocity of about 90 km/s. Inhomogeneities in the interstellar medium seem to be required in order to explain the optical data. The type of inhomogeneities that could be present and their observational consequences are also discussed.
