A physical association with an anonymous OB association having the Cepheid GY Sagittae as a member is suggested for H I self-absorption seen in the direction l = 55.6 deg, where the cool H I is in two clouds located 3.25 kpc from the sun. If the temperature of the clouds is about 50 K, the cloud masses are about 1000 solar masses. Since the OB association is only about 10 million years old, these clouds are likely to be a part of the original cloud complex from which the stellar cluster formed. The H I clouds are part of the larger Arecibo survey of self-absorption, suggesting that many of the Arecibo clouds are associated with star clusters which have not yet been identified.
