Galactic Clusters, H Lines, Spectral Line Width, Spiral Galaxies, Brightness Distribution, Infrared Spectra

It is pointed out that the distance-independent relation between the 21
cm line width and the infrared surface brightness of spiral galaxies is
different in different clusters. If this effect is not due to
observational errors, it constitutes additional evidence for varying
galaxian properties from cluster to cluster.
