Observations of discrete 30-100-mJy radio sources near 3C 273, obtained at 7.6 cm using the periscopic reflector on the south sector of the RATAN-600 radio telescope and at 3.9, 7.6, 8.2, 13, and 31 cm using the north sector, as well as declination measurements obtained using the 100-m Effelsberg radio telescope, are reported. The data are presented in tables, graphs, and maps and discussed. Of the 16 sources detected, four are found to have 7.6-cm fluxes in excess of 30 mJy. Three are identified with 1220.2 + 0225, a compact cluster of galaxies of redshift 0.15-0.2, while the fourth is regarded as a radio-emitting Seyfert galaxy similar to 3C 120; all four are thus moderately luminous radio galaxies.
