A prediction is made of the wavelengths and radiative transition rates for the w, x, y, and z lines of helium-like ions from Ca to Cu (omitting Sc), by means of the MCDF-EAL method. The method was also used to predict the same wavelengths for the stronger satellites of the corresponding lithium-like and beryllium-like ions in the range 1.5-3 A. Some comparisons are made of the predictions obtained by MCDF-EAL with those obtained by other methods and by observation.
