Massive stars in starbursts frequently are concentrated in dense star clusters. This unusual environment may affect the evolution of large, low-density stars, such as those on the AGB, through their enhanced binary star fractions and the presence of a significant UV radiation field produced by the large numbers of B and A spectral class main sequence stars. The impact of the AGB stars on the observable properties of these dense star clusters also is briefly considered. If these stars can produce dusty ejecta, then it may reside within some super star clusters and affect abundances of stars through accretion and also influence the observable properties of the clusters.
