TWSTFT is a method that the time signal for both of sites passes through the same way at the same times. It can reciprocate some errors. So, such kind of method, in the principle, can get very precise results. It seems to contain disadvantages: low efficiency, spending longer satellite link time and difficulty for the automatic operation. A new modem with multi-user will be presented. It will overcome the above disadvantage [1]. It shows that there is more information, which can be got it with common operation. So it is developing a new method (the processing data with two stations still can be used) to process the data from new modem. In order to improve the accuracy with TWSTFT, a new method for processing data is presented.
