In this investigation numerical results are presented interpreting quantitatively the distortion of the structure of a polytropic body owing to rapid rotation either uniform or differential by implementation of algorithms based upon a third-order perturbation theory developed in a previous investigation. The results obtained for the case of uniform rotation are systematically compared with those of previous investigations based on various methods.
