The authors have carried out computational examples of a previously developed procedure for making simultaneous solutions of radial velocity curves and multi-color light curves. Because of a reduction in the number of free parameters, such simultaneous solutions strengthen overall results. For purposes of comparison, the authors have also carried out separate velocity and light curve solutions. For AS Eri, the mass ratio and reference phase are found jointly from both sources of information. For V1143 Cyg the main joint parameters are the orbital eccentricity, longitude of periastron, and reference phase, although there seems to be some small information about the mass ratio in the photometry. In their examples the authors have found the joint photometric-spectroscopic parameters to be determined mainly by the photometric observations in the simultaneous solutions. They find a definite indication of third light in the AS Eri system, so that the solution for this binary is somewhat less well determined than was previously believed.
