Expression for the Witten-Nester 4-spinor 3-form of the Hamiltonian density
of gravitational field in the asymptotically flat space-time in terms of the
Sommers-Sen spinors, direct with a certain orthonormal three-frame connect, is
obtained. A direct connection between the one and the ADM Hamiltonian density
in the Sen-Witten frame is established on this basis.
