This paper has been temporarily withdrawn by the authors.
Subsequent observations with the VLT have shown that the high equivalent
width line emission from the candidate z=6.4 galaxy most likely is associated
with an unusually strong lined low redshift galaxy to the north west. The paper
will be revised accordingly and resubmitted.
