We consider a model of the Universe based on the equation of state
$p=(1/3)\rho (c/F)^2$, where $F$ is the scale factor. This model behaves as an
inflationary Universe from the beginning and during its early stages, and
behaves as dust matter during the stages of maximum expansion.
