Project GRAND, a proportional wire chamber array, is used to examine the
increased counting rate of single muons during the solar Ground Level Event
(GLE) of April 15, 2001. Data are presented and compared to our background
rates and to that of neutron monitor stations. This GLE is seen with a
statistical significance of 6.1 sigma.
