In this paper, we give a characterization of Co-Cohen Macaulay modules by
vanishing properties of the Dual Bass numbers of modules. In addition, we show
that the co-localization of Co-Cohen Macaulay modules preserves Co-Cohen
Macaulayness under a certain condition.
