In this Report we outline some basic results on generalized
Finsler--Kaluza--Klein gravity and locally anisotropic strings. There are
investigated exact solutions for locally anisotropic
Friedmann--Robertson--Walker universes and three dimensional and string black
holes with generic anisotropy.
