Surface brightness fluctuation (SBF) distances were determined for a collection of 193 galaxies observed using NICMOS on the Hubble Space Telescope. This large and uniform data set allowed us to accurately measure the Hubble flow out to 10,000 km/s and determine the amplitudes and directions of streaming motions in the local universe. We present a new measurement of the dipole motion of the Local Group with respect to the cosmic microwave background. This study also provides an update to the measured IR SBF Hubble constant, using improved Cepheid variable star and F160W (1.6 micron) SBF calibrations.
