Unbiased high resolution imaging of the Galactic Plane afforded by the FCRAO Outer Galaxy Survey permits a more complete census of molecular material in the Far Outer Galaxy (FOG) than that obtained from low resolution surveys or from searches targeted on IRAS sources or HI emission peaks. We review the properties of the FOG molecular clouds (Galactocentric radius greater than 15 kpc) obtained from an automated search of the FCRAO Outer Galaxy Survey. We compare the the molecular and atomic interstellar medium in the Outer Disk using panoramic, arcminute resolution HI 21 cm line data available through the Canadian Galactic Plane Survey. This research was supported by the National Research Council of Canada and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
