Photometric and spectroscopic evidence of a low-latitude Galactic stream, with at least as many stars as the Sagittarius dwarf tidal stream, will be presented. We trace this structure over fifty degrees of galactic longitude, indicating it may ring the Milky Way at 15-20 kpc from the Galactic center. The evidence comes from Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) multi-color photometry of hundreds of square degrees of sky below a galactic latitude of thirty degrees, and hundreds of SDSS spectra.
