Jupiter decametric radio emissions at 18 MHz were recorded with a crossed dipole polarimeter during 1996 - 2003 at the University of Florida Radio Observatory (UFRO). These data were recorded at a rate of two samples per second and the axial ratios (i.e. the percentage of circular polarization) were calculated for dozens of Io-related radio emission events. We present a summary of axial ratio values for all Io-related and non-Io-related radio sources. Using high time resolution data, we explore how the axial ratio evolves with time for particular events. This may lead to clues about the location regions of the decameter emissions.
