Experimental studies of point sources of very high energy and ultrahigh energy radiation are discussed. The Cygnus array, operational since 1986, is sensitive to the electromagnetic and muonic component of extensive air showers above 5 x 10 exp 13 eV. The proposed Grande detector will be capable of detecting all components of extensive air showers above 10 exp 13 eV and detecting upward moving muons from neutrino-induced events in the rock below. The proposed Milagro experiment will study the electromagnetic and muonic component of extensive air showers above 10 exp 12 eV.
