In this review paper, we present a three dimensional pulsar outer-magnetospheric gap model to explain the phase-resolved X-ray and gamma-ray spectra and the energy dependent light curves from the Crab pulsar. We also extend the outer-magnetospheric gap model to longer period pulsars including Anomalous X-ray pulsars and Soft Gamma-ray Repeaters. We speculate that some of high latitude Unidentified gamma-ray point sources are long period pulsars with large inclination angle, period P ~ (0.5-0.8) s and magnetic field log(B) ~ (12.1-12.7) if they are located sufficiently closed to us, for example located in the Gould Belt.
