Acceleration of charged particles by turbulence in giant molecular clouds is considered. The spectra (formed in the clouds) of primary cosmic rays penetrating from outside are calculated, and the generation of secondary particles (antiprotons, pions, muons, electrons and positrons) inside the clouds is investigated. The gamma-ray emission from these molecular clouds has been estimated. It is shown that using this model one can explain the observed flux of the unidentified gamma-ray sources discovered by COS-B. The synchrotron radio emission of accelerated primary and secondary electrons in molecular clouds is calculated. The question whether these clouds could provide fluxes of secondary charged particles which would be registered near the earth is discussed.
