The nonrelativistic MHD description for matter appears to be essential in the study of the large-scale properties of the universe in Newton-Maxwell cosmology and in the astrophysics of galaxies, star clusters, and of stars of all types. Here, the field equations and the equations of motion for stationary, axisymmetric, rotating, and MHD flow are presented. Exact solutions are obtained for rigid rotation and for the vanishing and nonvanishing Lorentz force.
