Conflicting views on higher levels of hierarchical structure of galaxy cluster clumping in the universe are cited and juxtaposed; statistical approaches useful in cluster correlation analysis and in distinguishing real physical associations from random clumping are sketched. An automated plate-measuring machine is described briefly; software for distinguishing stars and galaxies is reported 95% accurate. Isotropy and homogeneity of the universe, and gravitational binding of galactic clusters and superclusters (or lack of it), are considered
