This note demonstrates that a certain bundle on a manifold with a conformal Lorentz structure and the 'normal conformal Cartan connection' on this bundle are related to the vector bundle of local twistors and the previously considered connection on it. The construction and properties of the bundle and the normal Cartan connection are reviewed, and it is shown how the structure considered can be obtained on compactified Minkowski space. The 4:1 covering homomorphism is then used to demonstrate how the normal conformal Cartan connection is related to the local-twistor vector-bundle connection.
