Scientific paper

The paper describes a system of equations for the phenomenological
description of the dynamics of a collision-free turbulent plasma. A
model of the scattering of particles in turbulent pulsations of plasmas
was used to obtain these equations. Conductivity and viscosity
coefficients are defined and evaluated for a magnetosphere plasma.
