Analytical expressions for the components of the electric field of a magnetized star rotating together with its plasma shell are derived for the general case of an arbitrary orientation of the axes of rotation and magnetization. A general solution is obtained to the problem of determining the electric field potential in a plasma surrounding a rotating magnetized sphere.
