Observations of 223 occultation disappearances observed with a 30-in. telescope and five observed with a 36-in. telescope are reported. Instrument improvements are noted along with one new angular diameter (8.5 + or - 1.5 milliarcsec for HR 7023), one case of distortion of traces by the lunar limb, and a number of cases of stellar duplicity or multiplicity. In three instances it is possible to proceed to some double-star astrometry and astrophysics based on occultation and other observations.
