A survey of southern galaxies generally larger than about 1 arcmin was made on 160 48-in. Schmidt plates. The present paper gives classifications, luminosity classes, and inner and outer diameters for 267 galaxies of types Scd and later at declinations of less than -22 deg in 101 fields. Among them are over 120 previously unobserved, mostly low-surface-brightness dwarf objects.
