The results of the searching and analysis of the microvariability of the line profile in spectra of bright OB-stars are presented. More than 1000 spectra of δ Ori A, λ Ori A, α Cam, 19 Cep, ι Her, ρ Leo and other stars were obtained with using 1-m and 6-meter telescope of Special Astrophysical Observatory and 1.8-m telescope of Bohinsan Astronomical Observatory (Korea) were obtained. The regular line profile variability (lpv) on the time scales from hours to days, connected with the non-radial pulsations, was revealed. At the first time the quasi-regular CIIIλ5696 line profile variations in the spectra of δ Ori A was detected.
