In the region of the Hyades cluster, 43 red dwarfs have been identified. The IR IJHK photometry for these stars is presented and the temperatures, radii, and luminosities are derived for eight stars which may be members of the Hyades cluster. The brighter stars which are cluster members define a main sequence locus on the H-R diagram parallel to the theoretical line, only about 500 K cooler. The results are consistent with fainter members of the cluster with masses between 0.08 and 0.11 solar mass. The results suggest that the stars are still contracting on to the main sequence, with masses around the minimum for hydrogen burning.
