Proton fluxes with energies greater than about 50 MeV and 500 MeV from the solar flares of April 28 and 30, 1981 and May 10, 1981 were observed with the Prognoz-8 satellite. Electrons with energies of 0.2-2 MeV were observed by ISEE-3 for these events. All the flares were accompanied by Type II and IV bursts in the meter-wave range, long-wave radio emission, and other active processes at coronal heights.
