Research was carried out on the effect of considering two extreme kinds
of Skyrme-type nuclear interactions on the outcome of stellar core
collapsing models. Particular attention was given to dissociation
effects generated by the shock. Neutrinos transport is included via a
multigroup trapping scheme.
