Positions, estimated magnitudes, and finding charts (when necessary) are provided for 18 blue and/or emission-line galaxies, 163 blue and/or emission-line stellar objects including QSO candidates, and 72 known and suspected blue stars in the region 14^h^00^m^ < R.A. < 15^h^30^m^ and +45.0^deg^ < decl. < +56.0^deg^ (1950). The objects, whose blue magnitudes are mostly within the range 15-18, were identified on low-dirpersion objective-prism plates taken with the Burrell Schmidt telescope at Kitt Peak.
