The spatial distribution of dwarf irregular galaxies in and around a nearby void is studied. The dwarf distribution is found to be qualitatively similar to that of bright galaxies in the region, a finding supported by quantitative examination. The constraints that this finding puts on specific models of biased galaxy formation are discussed.
