Data are given for 144 new proper-motion stars with mu greater than or equal to 0.15 arcsec/year found on 11 areas, covering 25 sq deg each, south of declination -40 deg and right ascension between 0 h and 4 h 30 min. Photographic magnitudes range from 11.0 to 18.0. Seven stars have proper motions larger than 0.5 arcsec/year, in a magnitude range between 14.5 and 16.5.
