Positions with a precision of 1.0 arcsec or better were determined for 787 stars proposed as targets for the Hipparcos astrometry satellite in the fields of 122 southern open clusters. For the majority of the clusters, references to finding charts identifying the measured stars are listed; new finding charts are given for the clusters NGC 2548, NGC 6067, Cr 121, and Cr 132.
